Rates & Tarrifs
Top Dog Resort
Top Dog Resort is a 5,000 square foot climate controlled indoor kennel located in San Fernando, California.
Your dog will be able to enjoy hours of fun and burn off tons of energy in our large doggie daycare area.
After a fun day of play your dog will then be escorted to their own personal 5x10 run. We provide your dog the most comfortable accommodations possible, with each run containing a soft pillow and plenty of toys to keep them busy.

Boarding
BOARDING (Non-holiday) = $25 PER DOG PER DAY.
BOARDING (holidays) = $35 PER DOG PER DAY.

Training

Policies
Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, healthy and stimulating environment in which social dogs can interact with other dogs and the caretakers that adore them! In order to ensure the health and safety of your dog and all our other guests, we require all of the following
in order to attend Daycare. Since Boarders are integrated into Daycare, they must also meet the following requirements:
1. Dogs must be at least 4 months of age.
2. Male dogs over 6 months of age must be neutered. It is recommended that female dogs be spayed for improved health and comfort; however, it is not required,
since intact females do not have the same hormonallybased behavior issues that affect
intact male dogs. Females may not board or attend Daycare while in heat or for one
week following the end of visible symptoms.
3. All dogs should be in good health, free of communicable diseases and written proof
from a veterinarian of these current vaccinations is required: DHLPP (sometimes called a 5in1 shot), Rabies, Parvo and Bordetella (canine cough). We must have written proof of vaccinations, including Bordetella. Bordetella must be administered within the past 6 months and no sooner than 10 days prior to the interview.
4. Dogs must be nonaggressive, and should not be food or toy protective. For safety
purposes, owners will need to sign a contract stating that their dog has not harmed or
exhibited overly aggressive behavior toward any person or any other dog.
5. All dogs must attend a brief initial interview before the first session of Daycare or the
first day of Boarding. A completed Application and Profile, and a current vaccination
record, must be returned before scheduled interview.
6. We require a driver's license and major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) at the time of drop off.
7. For all major holidays a $100 non-refundable deposit is required.
8. We are closed on Sundays and Major Holidays.
Reservation Forms
Please fill out all forms and bring with you when dropping of your
pet. Also make sure to bring a copy of your pets vaccination record.

We are conveniently located off of the Ronald Regan 118 Freeway! Take the San Fernado Rd. exit going North on San Fernando Rd.Proceed approxiamately 1.5 miles and turn left on Fox St and then an immediate left on Ilex Ave. Drive to the end of Ilex Ave and we are located on the right hand side.
If you cannot adopt or foster a dog, do the next best thing. We here at TOP DOG RESORT are always in need of volunteers to help walk dogs. You must be over the age of 18 years old to be considered. We have dogs of all shapes and sizes that would love to be walked for as long as you can. If you have 10 minutes of free time thats all it takes.
